When you receive the
revised document,
you will make your own decisions and either "accept" or
"reject" each of our changes and
suggestions. For MS Word documents, our changes are 'tracked' and
notated using Word's handy Track Changes tool. For PDF documents, we
use Adobe Acrobat and Annoacro. Our suggestions will appear in your document as
annotations; you can compare them to your original document and
apply only the suggestions you wish to accept.
Alternatively, you may
request a final CLEAN version (with all changes accepted), suitable for immediate
publication or reproduction.
